Responsibility
- Determination of curing laws and preparation and maintenance of the associated procedure
- Determination of cure laws for all tires made in company in Indonesia
- Definition and Management of the associated procedure
- Validation of the cure law determined by Group in China and implemented by company in Indonesia
- Responsible to define and manage actions for the progress plan
- Analyze and validate the requests for evolution for his/her area

Requirement
- Male or Female
- Master or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer; or related engineer background
- Has 2 – 5 years of related experience (R&D, Industrial Environment, Quality or Production)
- Welcome to be placed at our factory in Tangerang
- Computer literate and good in English
- Dynamic and exhibits strong leadership potentials in organizational activities
- A visionary with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Trainings for specific skills acquisition will be granted


Responsibility
- Industrialization and qualification of new tire sizes, meeting customer uniformity requirements
- Lead Tire uniformity improvements
- Create technical documentation following improvement activity
- Analyze and validate requests for uniformity improvements
- Manage or participate in the planning of uniformity improvements during industrialization Projects
- Lead or participate in uniformity improvement activity during industrialization projects
- Ensure her/his expertise in industrialization projects
- Ensure expertise for quality/ productivity improvements following Plant requests
- Introduce new methods into Plants

- Master or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer; or related engineer background
- Has 2 – 5 years of related experience (R&D, Industrial Environment, Quality or Production)

- Manage or participate at the formalization of industrialization planning
- Ensure her/his expertise in industrialization projects
- Ensure expertise for quality/ productivity improvements following Plant requests
- Introduce new methods into Plants

- Lead or participate in Material industrialization projects
- Ensure her/his Material expertise for industrialization projects
- Ensure expertise for quality/ productivity improvements following Plant requests
- Introduce new methods into Plants

Responsibility
- Industrialize and qualify process evolutions and new processes:  new product/ process or new material/ process.
- Define and provide necessary standards for products /processes
- Manage forecast planning in order to achieve product plans and industrial performance objectives
- Responsible for quality planning and process evolution.
- Manage the forecast plan and technical resources in order to achieve mission
- Define the company annual plan in relation to the industrial project plan
- Manage the process evolution forecast plan to ensure achievement of Product Plans and industrial performance objectives
- Define standards to optimize industrial performance: productivity, quality, robustness
- Provide expertise (quality, process, evaluation) to Production , Technical and Tire Designers
