Officer Development Program of Small Medium Enterprise (ODP-SME) - Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia

Officer Development Program of Small Medium Enterprise is a program that offers accelerated career for you, candidates who have the potential and ambition. By attend intensive training and development program, then you will be assigned as Assistant Manager in SME units of BII branch network in Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia areas and to be developed as a BII Future Leader. Given the importance of this program for BII business growth, only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum age 26 years old for Bachelor (S1) and 29 years old for Master (S2)
- Target oriented
- Possess good interpesonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia
