Operation and Technology Management Associate Program

- The Citi Indonesia Operation and Technology (O&T) Management Associate Program is a specialized platform that is designed for graduate hires across O&T businesses and functions as well as building a pipeline / bench strength as O&T's future leaders. The associates will be introduced to a board-based foundation of all Citi's products and businesses transaction processes as well as elective offerings for a specialist path. You will obtain actual experience by having exposures to assignments across different O&S group.

Selection Criteria
- Minimum of Bachelor degree from respectable universities
- Minimum GPA of 3.25 from 4.00 scale
- Any major is welcome, preferably Management, Operation Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Technology
- 0-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in English
- Proactive, flexible attitude, and able to multi-task
- Team player, motivated, and driven
