Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- Manage Planning teams for planning of daily, weekly, thirteen weeks and scheduled/annual shutdown maintenance activities including the unscheduled stop to achieve plant operational objectives related with budget, quality assurance, on time and compliance with safety regulations
- Actively support the daily maintenance in regards of Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Standard & Specification and critical parts availability updated
- The focus is on “pro-active” - to avoid failures happened, to ensure the required equipment availability and maximize equipment life time at the lowest sustainable maintenance costs

Requirements
Education:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (S1 University degree)

Experience:
- 10 years in Maintenance

Computer literacy:
- Computer Literacy: Excel, Ms Word, Lotus Notes

Language:
- Good command of written & spoken English

Other qualification / skills:
- Good motivator to challenge the team and drive it to success
- Good knowledge of cement manufacturing process
- Good knowledge of maintenance management (MAC, RCM, FMEA)
- Good knowledge on Project Management & PMA
- Good knowledge of analysis, creative, innovative to analyse trouble and   develop maintenance performance
- Good Communicator – internal and external (with third party)
- Good knowledge in purchasing system


Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- To assist Reliability Head in obtaining data and information, concerning equipments and facilities to be upgraded, in discussing the selection and purchase of new equipments, in obtaining information from suppliers, prepare preliminary design and preparing suitable drawings for fabrication / modification / project

Requirements
Education:
- Diploma Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
- One year in current position 5 years of plant drafting/design work in the cement industry or relevant industry. Additional experience in mining, material handling and gas ducting would be an asset.

Computer Literacy:
- Computer Literacy: Excel, Ms Word, Lotus Notes

Language:
- Good command of written & spoken English

Qualification:
- To understand the cement production process, including main and auxiliary equipment. To understand, and to be able to produce mechanical and electrical drawings, incl. detail drawings. Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- To active support and coordinate with all department concerned in regard of maintaining all Plant and Quarry area structures in civil work, including Steel Structures, Foundation of equipment, Jetty / port, Tunnel, Silo, Drainage,  Office / Workshop / Warehouse & Auxiliary buildings and Road involving inspection, pre-risk analysis, drawing activities, propose working methods, volume of work and cost estimation, planning and supervise repairing, to achieve target with safety, quality assurance and suitable cost.

Requirements
Education:
- Civil Engineer (S1 University degree)

Experience:
- 3 – 5  years hands-on experience in maintenance within heavy equipment industry

Computer literacy:
- Excel, Ms Word, Lotus Notes

Language:
- Good command of written & spoken English

Other qualification / skills:
- Good knowledge in material technology
- Good knowledge on Lubrication fundamental & application
- Hands-on experience e.g. for bearing installation, gear reducer revision, welding repairs
- Good knowledge in material technology

- Good knowledge on hydraulic system


Responsibilities
- To develop and market  sustainable construction solutions through research studies as well as lead the alignment of providing technical specification for potential partners, customers and influencers through existing and new sales channels according to the developing markets.

Requirements
Education:
- Master degree in Engineering from any Major

Experience:
- A working knowledge with a minimum of 7 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/or the region) such, planning, construction, customer management as Engineer/Specialist
- Minimum 5 years of project management and leadership experience
- Experience in sustainable construction certification methods (LEED, Greenship, Greenmark, Total Cost of Ownership, Value Engineering, etc)
- Computer literacy: Computer literacy (MS Office, Building Engineering and Simulation Softwares)
- Language: Good command in English both oral & written
