Secretary - Kalimantan Selatan

Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements;
- Planning, developing and implementing filing system for Company so as to ensure simple access to required documents
- Coordinating and arranging Company visitors and personal guests
- Concepting external business correspondences and internal memos and announcements
- Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs
- Taking care of travel arrangement for Management, both domestic and overseas trips
- Translating contract agreements

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial, Linguistics / Languages, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent command in English both oral and written
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Willing to be placed at Tanjung - Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan
- Full-Time position(s) available.

Basic Competency Development Coordinator - Jakarta

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates Development Programs for all existing employees focusing on Profesional Competencies.
- Ensuring all profrssional competency development program for existing employees are developed & implemented as scheduled in training plan for all programs (technical and non technical skills) and for all Adaro sites.

Job Requirements
- S1 Management / Business Administration / Engineering (Mining / Mechanical / Electrical / Geology / Geotech / Industrial).
- S2 is a plus
- Min. 2 years experience in training & development area would be a plus
- Min. 1 year in supervisory role (mining or engineering industry is an advantage)
- Curriculum development particularly on professional competency
- Critical to be able to communicate well with all parties
- Able to supervise a number of programs / projects at the same time
- Able to recommend the right training and how to schedule
- Able to deliver training
- Able to develop leadership competency training curriculum is a plus
