Job Descriptions
- The TLDP provides a head start in the company and fantastic set of opportunities:
- Structured training & early development program
- Accelerate character building, shared learning with others and become Triputra Agro Persada leader succession pipeline
- Unique field experience for exposure to the palm oil plantation best practice
- Attractive financial & benefit package

Qualifications
- GPA minimum 3.1
- Bachelor / Master Degree from any major (major in Agriculture, Engineering, Economy, Social and Politics, & Law will be advantages)
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Fluent English (both oral and written)
- Advanced computer literate (Familiar with Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skils
- Excellent analytical, leadership and problem solving skills
- Have interest in Palm Oil and Agrobusiness Industry
- Willing to be placed in Triputra Agro Persada Group’s plantations & mills in Sumatera and Kalimantan
- Willing to travel across company site
- Pass all selection process
