- Citizen of Indonesia
- Able-bodied proved by submitting a medical certificate from Doctor
- Not being tied with an official bond in other institutions/ companies
- Willing to be placed in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Pesero) operational areas: Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Riau and Kepulauan Riau
- Graduated from university with minimum accreditation score B, or graduated from SMK
- Majoring in:
Doctor
Bachelor (S1) Degree: Management, Accounting, Law, Industrial Engineering, Enviromental Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Nursery
Diploma 3 (D3) Degree: Accounting, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Ketatalaksanaan, Ahli Nautika Tingkat III (ANT III), Ahli Teknika Tingkat III (ATT III), Management, Transportation, Computer, and Statistics
SMK: Building/ Civil Engineering, Electricity/ Electrical, Mechanical/ Otomotive
- Maximum age by January 1st, 2013:
Doctor: 30 years old
Bachelor (S1) Degree: 27 years old include: Ketatalaksanaan, Ahli Nautika Tingkat III (ANT III), Ahli Teknika Tingkat III (ATT III)
Diploma 3 (D3) Degree: 25 years old
SMK: 21 years old
- Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
- Minimum Ujian Nasional average score 7.00
- Proficient in English
- Selection test will be held in Medan and Pekanbaru
