- Citizen of Indonesia (WNI)
- Male/ female
- Maximum 25 years old by October 30, 2012
- Possess Diploma 3 degree from university with accreditation score "A" (on graduation date) with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum height 165 cm for female and 170 cm for male, with proportional weight
- Proficient in English and other foreign languages
- Not married
- Attractive appearance
- Preferrably experienced as a Customer Service
- Physically healthy and not color blind
- Well-behaved
- Free of illegal drugs and / or psychotropic
- No tattooed
- Not pierced for male
- Willing to be placed throughout the PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) operational area
- Placements: Jakarta, Bandung, Cirebon, Semarang, Purwokerto, Yogyakarta, Madiun, Surabaya, Jember, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Barat, Sumatera Selatan/ Kertapati, Bandar Lampung

- SMA IPA/ SMK Otomotif/ SMK Listrik/ SMK Elektronika graduate, with minimum UAN average score 6.5
- Preferably possess Diploma 3 degree
- Maximum 27 years old by October 31, 2012
- Minimum height 160 cm with proportional weight
- Free of illegal drugs and / or psychotropic
- No tattooed and/or pierced
- Willing to be placed throughout the PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) operational area
- Pass in Seleksi Calon Pegawai Baru PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Tahun 2012
- Placements: Jakarta, Tanjung Karang
