Responsibilities
In this role, you will responsible to establish and grow valuable long term relationship with HSBC Premier customers and to maximize business opportunities from other customer segments in order to contribute to growing consumer banking business.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree.
- Has 2-5 years working experience in Retail Banking sales or Relationship Management.
- Experience of working with high net worth individuals with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Hold investment and insurance accreditation, such as Waperd and AAJI.
- Strong knowledge on Wealth Management, financial markets and investment products.
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office).
- Conversant in Mandarin is an additional value.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong passion in selling activities.
- Is customer service oriented, has commercial acumen, has good interpersonal skill and a team player.
- Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will responsible to:
- Support RBWM business target growth through timely provision of reporting tool and analytic.
- Improve current Management Information and Reporting with more comprehensive analytics that support RBWM business in decision making.
- Develop and improve an effective end-to-end campaign management process to ascertain the closed-loop learning and the campaign selection criteria.
- Enhance the Customer Contact Management and effectiveness of Marketing Campaign through implementation of various infrastructures of Customer
- Relationship Management (CRM) infrastructures.
- Improve current Marketing CRM Campaign and Contact Management processes to ensure output quality and faster turn around time.
Requirements

Responsibilities
In this role you willdevelop and enhance the range of Global Payments and Cash Management products to meet the cash management needs of the bank’s Corporate and Institutional clients to enhance the bank’s cash management business. For assigned products suites, generate product ideas for existing or new products, screen and priorities product ideas, coordinate market research, development project, conduct market rollout and product commercialization activities. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase product penetration, usage and revenue for assigned products. Manage assigned product profitability, costing, margin and pricing decision. Track, benchmark service quality and drive internal processes to ensure smooth product delivery.
Requirements
