What is MT STAR?
Young talent hunt of Danone Indonesia. We recruit and develop dynamic, dedicated, and responsive fresh graduates in many universities all over Indonesia. They will be Danone MT STAR for one year. In the future, about 3 years or less they will be in managerial level.

MT STAR Requirements
- Graduated from leading university; from any discipline with GPA min. 3.00 (scale of 4)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Strong leadership as proved in organizational activities involvement
- Gain some competition achievements or awards (local/ national/ international)
- Excited to be assigned to Danone sites all over Indonesia
