- Bachelor (S1) Degree majoring in any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75

- Have a good analytical and logical skills
- Have a good oral and written communication skills
- Have a good problem solving capability
- Have a good networking
- Have a good resistance of stress
- Willing to travel with high intensity
CS People Development Analyst (HC3-CS-PDEV)
Job Descriptions
- Perform design and maintain the development of training programs in the network
- Analyze data and information for the CS improvement
- Analyze, improve and monitor the information systems from and to the entire network of Honda in Indonesia
- Implement and improve training systems related to CS
- Dissemination and coordinate with related sections and networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor (S1) Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Management/ Communication Studies
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum age 25 years
- Have a good analytical thinking skills
- Have a knowledge about the training concept
- Have a strong interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good problem solving capability
- Have a good networking
Willing to travel with a high intensity
